HISTORY

"A look back at how we started and where we are heading."

Be innovative:
How we got where we are today

The B-aparthotels group, established in 2001, sought to start a chain of serviced apartments in major European cities, starting with Brussels centre, focusing on both innovation and customer-centricity.

It all began with B-aparthotel Brussels Montgomery in 2001, these spacious serviced apartments are perfect for business stays.

Within the next 8 years B-aparthotels acquired two more aparthotels in Brussels. Ambiorix opened for guests in 2007, providing business flats, well located a stone’s throw from the European Commission and European quarter. In 2008, B-aparthotels raised the curtain on Grand Place in Brussels city centre, located in the historic centre of Brussels near various tourist attractions including UNESCO world heritage site, Grand Place Brussels.

Further expansion with hotels in Brussels and The Hague

In 2012, B-aparthotel Regent is inaugurated. Located between Ambiorix and Grand Place, it is ideal as a business apartment for those needing access to the European quarter, Embassy district or Belgian government buildings but also wanting to be near Brussels city centre.

B-aparthotels widened their vision to include the Netherlands in 2016, opening B-aparthotel Kennedy in the Hague. This aparthotel is located equidistant from the beach at Scheveningen and the city centre of The Hague. Ideal for use both as business flats and for family or leisure trips.

In the future we plan on expanding in more hotspots and welcoming our guests in our relaxed hotel and serviced apartment concept in more of Europe’s major cities. The future awaits!

MISSION & VISION

"Our mission and vision starts with you, our B-aparthotel guests!"

Be visionary:
Looking forward

Our spacious serviced apartments allow the feeling and comfort of home. We want our guests to feel welcome, cosy and at ease, while still benefiting from hotel services.

Be different

Whether you book a room at B-aparthotels Brussels, Amsterdam or The Hague, we want to provide a space that feels less like a hotel room, and more like a base from which to explore a city. We want you to feel more independent, more yourself than you would in a standard hotel room. Our spacious apartments also allow more social interaction – no need to postpone family dinner or board game night, for example..

We would like you to feel at ease from the get-go, whether it is enquiries about your booking or any questions you might have during your stay. We would like to invite you to be yourself. We want to provide efficient service, while empowering you to relax and feel welcome.

Major player in serviced apartments

We are constantly looking to improve, which is why we are planning a full renovation of our B-aparthotel Brussels Ambiorix and Montgomery sites, both the public areas and the rooms, to match them to the modern cosy look and feel we have at our other sites.

Our newest hotel in Amsterdam is located in a new entertainment complex and features a casino, meeting rooms, a large indoor parking garage and a rooftop restaurant.

Be victorious: Bringing you ‘home’… all over Europe

Within 5 years we are also looking into developing our portfolio in several northern and central European sites. B-aparthotels’ ambition is to become a major player in the European serviced apartments group by developing the existing portfolio with new properties in Benelux, Scandinavia and Western and central Europe.

For more information or to organise a meeting or collaboration on development projects please contact us.
