Terms & Conditions

Payment Conditions:

The guest commits to paying B-Aparthtotles within 30 days after receipt of the invoice. Objections can be communicated to the hotel within 7 days after receipt of the invoice.

  

Guarantee

 

For a reservation between 1 and 7 nights the reservation must be guaranteed by credit card or by a written guarantee of the company.


For a reservation between 8 and 30 nights  a guarantee of 25 % of the total number of reserved nights will be aked.
The company agrees with the guarantee conditions stipulated herewith and will guarantee the reservation either in written or by credit card.

For a reservation of 30 nights or more  a guarantee of 7 nights will be asked. The company agrees with the guarantee conditions stipulated herewith and will guarantee the reservation either in written or by credit card.

 

Cancellation Conditions:

 

1. Cancellation Costs – no show

 

For a reservation between 1 and 7 nights

The guest can cancel without charge 48 hours before the day of arrival. In case of no show or cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival, the first nights will automatically be charged.

 

For a reservation between 8 to 30 nights

The guest can cancel without charge until 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. In case of no show or cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 25 % of the total number of reserved nights will be automatically charged. Deposits will not be refunded.

 

For a reservation of more than 30 nights

The guest can cancel without charge until 7 days prior to arrival. In case of no show or cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 7 nights will automatically be charged. Deposits will not be refunded.

 

2. Reduction of number of nights:

 

In case the guest leaves the apartment before the end date of the contract, the following conditions will apply:

 

·       For a reservation between 8 and 30 nights

Notice of 3 working days  - In case the guest has to shorten his stay, this can be done at the same rate as agreed provided the actual number of nights remains within the same rate window (date of re-calculation is the date of the notice). If this is not the case, the rate will be recalculated according to the effective number of nights stayed in the apartment (see corporate rates).

 

·       For a reservation between 1 and 3 months

Notice of one week (applicable to every month separately) - In case the guest cancels within the first thirty night of his stay, the rate will be recalculated according to the actual nights stayed in the apartment (see corporate rate).

 

·       For a reservation of more than three months and less than a year

         Notice of one month (applicable to every month separately) - In case the guest cancels within the first thirty
         night of his stay, the rate will be recalculated according to the actual nights stayed
in the apartment (see corporate rate).
